Rent: £8900 per annum.

Terms:  5 years lease with straight forward lease documentation with notice excluding the lease from security of tenure provisions of the landlord and tenants act.

Service Charge: £5.10 per sq ft – £3162.00 per annum.
Includes: Water  Rates, Heating, Building Insurance, General Maintenance, Cleaning of Common area, WC’s etc.
Excludes: Electricity, Telephone, Broadband, Business Insurance, Radio and TV licences etc.
Each unit is separately metered for electricity. This unit is responsible for its own waste disposal and is provided with a bin area.
NB. Rent and Service Charge paid Monthly in advance and Electricity paid quarterly in arrears.

Combined Annual Total – £12,062

Access:  24 hours 7 days a week.

Legal Costs:  Preparation and exchange of lease is approx. £400.00 + VAT

Deposit:  £1500 which is non refundable if the lease is terminated within the first 12 months.

Monthly rent:  £1005.17 including rent and service charge.

A new lease starts from the beginning of a month, and we would need approximately 3 weeks for the preparation, checking and exchange so please bear that in mind. If you should decided to proceed, we would ask you to confirm in writing along with the deposit payment.
